Join our team as the VP of Marketing in the Income & Wealth Planning area, where you'll lead innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee market research, develop integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborate across teams to ensure quality and compliance. Your strategic leadership will guide the exploration of new markets and the refinement of value propositions to meet evolving customer needs. We seek a marketing visionary with direct marketing experience, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of financial products and regulations. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $175,000 - $210,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Oversee market research functions, incorporating data into actionable marketing and sales strategies.
  • Lead the development and refinement of value propositions and communication strategies for products and segments.
  • Direct the creation and execution of marketing materials, including 12-18 month integrated marketing plans, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, as necessary.
  • Provide strategic leadership for new market development and research into emerging sales channels.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in marketing execution, including advertising, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Manage marketing budgets, conducting cost/benefit analysis, and directing trend analysis for optimal results.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 10 or more years of marketing-related experience, leading and directing marketing, distribution, and campaign management for multiple products and channels.
  • Insurance/Financial Services marketing experience with strong knowledge of both direct and B2B2C marketing and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional business acumen with a proven ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Strategic planning expertise to drive long-term marketing initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of product offerings and related regulatory requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations governing financial products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
  • Master's Degree in a related field
