Throughout the day, you'll balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ensuring that both your team and the organization thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced flex staffing area.  

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: Minimum: $70,000 - $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Flex Staffing Specialists. Your mission is to not just manage but to inspire and engage, creating a workforce that's accountable and motivated. 
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate on the coordination and monitoring of daily operational risk activities. It's about maintaining high standards in both the quality and quantity of work and solving minor workflow hiccups. 
  • Creating a Productive Environment: Develop and implement department policies that not only create a comfortable and productive work area but also contribute to group retention and exceptional customer service experiences. It's about more than just tasks; it's about creating an environment that fosters success. 
  • Strategic Networking: Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Workplace Solutions. It's not just about networking; it's about identifying business opportunities and ensuring we support and attain our area and corporate goals. 
  • Dynamic Insurance Environment: In our dynamic insurance world, we handle complex products and demanding operational requirements, and your role is crucial. It's a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape, and you're at the center of it. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Workplace Solutions experience working with cross functional teams across multiple departments, with established relationships with leaders within those departments.

PREFERRED:

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
