Mutual of Omaha is currently seeking motivated graduate students for an exciting summer internship within our Corporate Strategy department. Be a part of the team helping a Fortune 500 company define enterprise strategies and goals to compete and win in the marketplace. 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Hourly Wage: $25.00-30.00.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • You will learn and apply strategic frameworks to solve business problems.
  • Participant in strategic projects to drive key business decisions.
  • Assist in the development of strategic business cases including analysis of various options and identification of key trade-offs.
  • Support the creation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • We’re looking for students who are enrolled in a graduate degree program related to business, management, marketing, or finance.
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem solving competencies.
  • Ability to gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data while utilizing analytical tools and techniques to derive insights and support decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
  • Previous experience tracking project progress and help manage timelines and deliverables.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment or work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
